Centrally Controlled
IPI’s Dynamic Menu Boards empower the user to distribute content from one central location. In the diagram above, an administrator, who can be located anywhere with an Internet connection, controls the content on screens at one or multiple locations.

The servers are hosted by professionals so you don’t have to deal with those complexities.

Our content management software recognizes the receipt of new content, displays it, and reports back to the administrator that all is working properly.

Network
Use existing onsite wired or wireless networks. We also offer a cellular communications solution for off-site signage where WLAN is not in use or practical.

Content Delivery
Change content on the fly. Schedule content changes on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. The system allows you to quickly daily update the display to feature new or overstocked items, and then automatically return to the previous content schedule.

On Line Management System
The web based management software & tools effectively allow you to manage, control, and schedule content to your network over the Internet. It has a device management tool that ties into a visual mapping page so you can see all of your locations and drill into the device monitoring at each site.

Network Control
Each remote media player is uniquely identified and distinguished.
This gives the administrator the ability to view the media player's status to determine if the player is functioning properly and whether the correct content is playing. A list of all units on the system is displayed allowing you to view single units or clusters of units. The system also allows you to receive information regarding the health of the network before issues occur.

Typical network administrator activities:

• Create network groups – establish groups of players that will host the same content. This can be done by geography, location in a store, demographic information, or any other logical grouping method. The system allows ‘on the fly’ network creation.
   
• Establish Content Playlist and Content Schedule – define what content will be played at what times. Content in many formats (Windows Media, MPEG, MOV, JPG, GIF etc.) can be used.
   
• Send content and schedules – Once the proper content is defined it can be sent to the appropriate network groups along with the schedule of when it will play on the system. The scheduling feature allows networks to vary messages throughout the day automatically. The forward and store architecture minimizes bandwidth usage on your network, and improves customer-facing reliability.
   
• Retrieve the play log – The system allows users to easily retrieve a record of what content played on every media player, providing documentation to stake holders that their content ran.
  Monitor the ongoing health of the network – Our system allows users to assure themselves that all media players are operating normally, and identifies when any issues arise.
