How To Plan & Order A Rope System

Step one is deciding whether to use belt or rope - and since this page is for rope we can jump right to step two.
For help configuring belt systems click here.

Step two is to determine how many posts you need for the job.

The maximum distance between poles should be 6 feet apart. We recommend 4 feet.

Aisles should be 36” wide.

It can be very helpful to make a sketch with a ruler or on graph paper.

Shown right is a plan for a straight, 12 foot long aisle. It would need 8 posts in total.

Keep a list of the parts you need.

Step three is to choose the finish for the posts. Choose from:

    Black
    Brass
    Chrome

Step four is to choose the color of the rope. Choose from:

Step five is to include any sign accessories.

When ordering sign holders make sure to match the finish with the same finish as the pole.
