International Patterns Incorporated Ordering Rope Systems

Here’s How To Plan & Order A Rope System

Step one is deciding whether to use belt or rope - and since this page is for ropes we can jump right to step two. For help ordering belt pole systems click here.

Step two is to determine how many poles you need for the job.

The maximum distance between poles should be 6 feet apart. We recommend 4 feet.

Aisles should be 36” wide.

It can be very helpful to make a sketch with a ruler or on graph paper.

Shown right is a plan for a straight, 12 foot long aisle. It would need 8 poles in total.

Keep a list of the parts you need.
